Clinical Documentation Review and Reporting:

  • Assess clinical documentation for compliance with federal and payer guidelines.
  • Validate charges, evaluate billing accuracy, and identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct face-to-face provider education and submit audit reports to leadership.
