Workers' Compensation Medical Claims Rep

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Medical Only Claim Representative to join our team. In this fully remote position, you’ll report to our Little Rock, AR branch and manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims for a variety of accounts and industries across the Arkansas jurisdiction. Manage medical-only workers’ compensation claims from initial setup to resolution. File state forms and issue appropriate benefits per statutory requirements, review and approve related medical bills and invoices, maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in claim notes, and support the broader claim team by assisting with assigned tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with client handling instructions and CCMSI Best Practices.
