Job Description
The Project Administrator is crucial in supporting engineers by ensuring projects stay on task and meet contract objectives. Your responsibilities include managing the deployment schedule, breaking projects into tasks, creating/updating workflows, and preparing documentation. You'll order resources, track data, monitor project progress, and report performance. Scheduling meetings, recording decisions, and coordinating travel are also key.
Additional responsibilities involve administrative duties like timekeeping and expense reporting. You'll communicate with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple priorities, and provide attention to detail in problem analysis and issue resolution. Customer focus, deadline-driven work, and accountability are essential to succeed in this role.
