Senior Counsel, Product (AI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal guidance on AI product development and global regulatory compliance.
• Shape AI strategy and compliance, including navigating the EU AI Act, GDPR, and other privacy laws.
• Empower sales and marketing by supporting AI trust initiatives and collaborating with commercial legal teams.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of legal experience with at least 3 years in-house, preferably at a global technology company.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory environment, including EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
• Technical understanding of AI technology and product concepts like cloud infrastructure and APIs.
