Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal guidance on AI product development and global regulatory compliance.
- Shape AI strategy and compliance, including navigating the EU AI Act, GDPR, and other privacy laws.
- Empower sales and marketing by supporting AI trust initiatives and collaborating with commercial legal teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of legal experience with at least 3 years in-house, preferably at a global technology company.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory environment, including EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Technical understanding of AI technology and product concepts like cloud infrastructure and APIs.
