Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce is the central nervous system of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, and we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and elevate this critical platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role for an experienced Salesforce professional who excels at solving complex business challenges through creative and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. As the primary system administrator, you will manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. You'll design complex declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to automate and optimize business processes for the GTM teams. In this role, you will own data quality within Salesforce, performing regular data audits, managing data migrations, and implementing best practices for data hygiene. You will also deliver training materials and documentation for new features and processes to ensure users are getting the most out of the platform.
