Job Description
This position focuses on customs and international shipping, owning the end-to-end customs process for international orders, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely clearances. You will develop robust systems for customs quoting, documentation, and duty/tax management and standardize processes for intake of international shipping requests. This role manages relationships with carrier reps (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and identify the best solutions for our business. You will create and maintain SOPs for shipping and customs workflows, collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth order flow and accurate cost management and lead special projects focused on logistics optimization and customs management.
