Product Manager, Print & Kit Enablement

Lead the strategy and evolution of print and kit operations within the product ecosystem, ensuring alignment across product lines and enabling scalable, efficient processes. You will analyze existing workflows, build decision-making systems, and develop tools that improve visibility and consistency across teams. This position plays a key role in connecting product vision with operational execution, ensuring that physical components support customer needs and complement digital-first experiences. You will partner with multiple stakeholders, provide margin-focused recommendations, and deliver frameworks that guide product managers in making sound business decisions. Assess and unify practices across product lines related to print and kits, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities. Build cost models, impact assessments, and other decision-making frameworks to guide product strategy. Serve as the liaison between Product and Print and Kit Operations, ensuring product vision is aligned with operational realities.
