Senior Procurement and Accounts Payable Specialist

QuickNode is looking for a hands-on, process-oriented professional to execute, optimize, and lead their manual-to-digital procure-to-pay transition. The Senior Procurement and Accounts Payable Specialist will manage end-to-end procurement and accounts payable functions using tools such as Google Sheets, email, Zip, and NetSuite. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices and purchase requests, maintaining invoice logs, overseeing vendor onboarding, executing timely vendor payments, and supporting contract negotiations. The person will also manage the complete T&E lifecycle, review expense reimbursement requests, and assist with internal audit and compliance tasks.
