Director, US Government Affairs

As Vanta’s Director, US Government Affairs, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Vanta’s Federal, State, and Local government relations agenda. This includes engaging with Vanta’s internal teams to develop and implement a government affairs strategy around Vanta’s commercial and public sector business, including direct lobbying efforts and strategic coalition building. You will communicate Vanta’s key mission and policy priorities, and the value we bring to our commercial and public sector customers. This includes collaborating on strategic issues with think tanks and trade organizations to advance public discourse on key debates related to cybersecurity, AI and automation, compliance, and risk management. Internally, this role involves articulating the implications and impact of relevant legislative, regulatory, and political events to Vanta’s business.
