Director, Product Management - AI Applications

As Resilinc's Director of Product Management, you’ll serve as both a visionary and a builder - shaping the roadmap while diving deep into delivery. This role is ideal for scaling impact in a high-ownership, high-visibility position. You’ll lead product direction for the Applications team for mission-critical solutions in AI, data intelligence, supply chain risk, and compliance. Your focus will be on turning ideas into results—aligning product strategy with engineering execution and driving initiatives from 0 to 1. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and AI Transformation, you’ll partner with senior leaders across engineering, data science, customer success, and go-to-market teams. Your influence will shape not just what we build, but how we build—ensuring we’re solving real customer problems with speed, clarity, and precision.
