Job Description
This role involves running cold outreach with customers via phone/demo call. You will determine territories that have large private practices as a customer base and visiting customers in the field to activate RCM in person. Understanding the business in-and-out allows you to be proactive about solving emerging problems and own execution and outcomes. You will drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.) and should have experience in conducting customer onboarding calls for new user setup. Running business reviews/check-ins to monitor usage metrics and delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with best practices is also required. This role is 100% remote, but will require 50% travel.
