Engineering Manager - AI Product

About the Role:

• Lead the development of a cutting-edge AI platform that powers innovative products at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of AI engineers, fostering ownership and collaboration.
• Define technical vision and architectural direction, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end AI platform, including GPU infrastructure, model deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an engineering management role.
• Proven experience building and operating production AI/ML platforms with model serving and GPU workloads.
• Strong backend skills in Python and distributed systems; knowledge of Go or Rust is an advantage.
