Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical direction for high-impact AI products, from design to deployment and quality upkeep.
- Work across teams to turn big ideas into shipped systems, influencing both what we build and how we build it.
- Design and implement evaluation pipelines for human alignment, factual accuracy, and model interpretability.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of AI/ML development with a track record of product success.
- 5+ years of deep Python experience and 2+ years with a backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with foundation models and LLM integration patterns (RAG, tool/function calling, agents).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of public cloud experience (AWS, GCP) and 2+ years designing scaled distributed systems.
- Experience delivering secure AI solutions in regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or applied research in healthcare AI or GenAI safety.
