Credentialing Associate

As a Credentialing Associate, you will be responsible for helping mental health providers get credentialed with insurance payors, focusing on Medicare and commercial plans, to enable them to deliver care efficiently. Your responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for providers and payors, managing application workflows, and performing primary source verification. You will ensure accurate provider information across internal and external systems such as CAQH, prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications using systems like PECOS, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintain up-to-date records for provider demographics, licensure, and payor participation status.
