Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst at CDNA will handle inquiries related to CDNA rules and membership obligations, and compliance with CFTC regulations. This position will conduct investigations into potential CDNA rule violations, perform various compliance-related audits and monitoring, and handle other compliance-related functions. Responsibilities include conducting compliance ad-hoc monitoring for potential rule violations, exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with market participants. Other responsibilities include performing AML/KYC, sales solicitations, and marketing material reviews. The analyst will also monitor and respond to customer and internal questions for Compliance, and prepare written reports that are reviewed by management staff or presented to Exchange committees. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, or equivalent work experience and a minimum 1-3 years in Compliance in financial services are required.
