About Monte Carlo:

What You'll Do:
- Own features from prototype to production, including architecture, testing, and deployment.
- Build and scale Python backend services, distributed systems, and data pipelines.
- Ship React frontends and collaborate with product and ML teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of backend depth in Python, with distributed systems in production.
- 0-to-1 ownership of ambiguous problems, with AWS and fullstack React experience.
- Agentic/LLM experience is a plus.
