Sojern is looking for an experienced digital advertising sales professional to join our Americas Property Sales Team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in scaling Sojernβs Hotel Management Group segment through prospecting, pitching, nurturing, and closing new business. You will develop, strategize against, and grow our Hotel Management Group business.
Responsibilities include building and scaling your book of business, engaging with qualified prospects through outbound activities, recommending advertising solutions, and delivering presentations. You will also achieve monthly quotas, maintain client portfolios, and utilize Salesforce to report on KPIs. Identifying improvements to the sales process and fostering a collaborative team environment are also key.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 in the hospitality industry. A proven track record of exceeding goals, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Salesforce are required.
