Senior Product Analyst, FNOL Scheduling Agent

What You'll Do:

• Define the agent's requirements by gathering and documenting client-specific FNOL scheduling rules, workflows, and edge cases.
• Drive execution with the technical team by translating ambiguous inputs into clear specifications and keeping delivery unblocked.
• Test and validate the agent by designing test plans, reviewing outputs, and identifying failure patterns.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or technical product management translating requirements into technical specs.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams to define, build, and test software or AI-driven products.
• Strong analytical skills for writing detailed requirements, test plans, and structured documentation.
