Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for claims automation, including data extraction, enrichment, adjudication, and routing.
- Define evaluation frameworks for AI product quality and design human-in-the-loop workflows for auditability.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-impact improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience with processing systems and automation.
- Deep understanding of AI agents and agentic architectures, with experience shipping AI products.
- Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology, with strong instincts for designing auditable systems.
