Responsibilities:
- Lead people, enforce processes, and ensure team tools and knowledge.
- Own the 12-month product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and align with strategy.
- Apply AI across SDLC for discovery, prototyping, and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and business acumen skills.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and agile experience.
