Set and execute property level business plans to deliver aggressive goals around Net Operating Income (NOI), guest review scores, and owner satisfaction. Own quality assurance across the portfolio, ensuring excellence in cleanliness, repair response, check-in readiness, and physical maintenance. Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing on-site operations team across U.S. regions, with 10+ P&L Owners, and 170+ total team members and growing. Oversee Kasa’s centralized operations functions to ensure consistency and leverage at scale. Drive innovation in operational systems, including partnering with the Tech & Product org to implement AI-powered tools that reduce cost and increase speed and accuracy.Spend significant time on the ground across the country, understanding day-to-day realities at the property level, while improving the systems that drive performance across the portfolio.
