What You’ll Do:

  • Own the monthly close for 7–14 brewery clients: QBO, reconciliations, accruals, payroll, inventory, and final review.
  • Be the main accounting point of contact for your clients, answering questions and delivering high-level client service.
  • Coordinate with our Accounting Associates who handle much of the recurring bookkeeping.

Growth Path:

  • Level 1: Brewery Accounting Foundation. You’ll manage a mix of bookkeeping and accounting work for your clients.
  • Level 2: Brewery Accounting Competence. You’ll transition into primarily close and compliance work by building a solid process with our Associates.
  • Level 3: Brewery Accounting Mastery. Your focus shifts almost exclusively to higher-level accounting and compliance.

About You:

  • Have the technical chops. You’ve got the fundamentals covered.
  • Are a problem solver. You keep a level head when tech breaks or transactions go rogue, getting to the root cause quickly.
  • Are a skilled communicator. You can translate "accounting-speak" into clear, straightforward communication for brewery owners.
