Accounting Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Handle the day‑to‑day AP and bookkeeping work for a set of brewery clients in Bill.com and QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain clean, accurate QBO bank feeds by matching transactions, entering payroll, and keeping bank and POS syncs current.
• Support monthly close work by collecting and preparing statements and documentation for your Accountant teammates.

Growth Path:

• Level 1: Brewery Bookkeeping Foundation. You’ll focus on building a strong bookkeeping base for your brewery clients.
• Level 2: Brewery Bookkeeping and Close Support. Once you’ve nailed the basics, you’ll start taking on monthly close tasks for select clients under your manager’s guidance.
• Level 3: Brewery Close Ready (Path to Accountant). At this stage, you’re splitting your time roughly 50/50 between recurring bookkeeping and close work.

• Enjoy consistent, detailed work and find no task “too small.”
• Are tech-comfortable and pick up new systems quickly.
• Can manage yourself: you plan your week, hit your deadlines, and communicate proactively.
