We’re looking for a Director of People Experience to lead our people & culture function and help shape the next chapter of Grove’s growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both strategic HR leadership and day-to-day people operations within a startup or high-growth environment. You’ll support a diverse employee population, including exempt corporate staff, non-exempt fulfillment center employees, and contractors—so a nuanced understanding of each group’s needs is essential.
Lead and Align the People Strategy by partnering with the executive leadership team to define Grove’s talent strategy and organizational design. Own and Scale People Operations by overseeing core People functions including HR operations, total rewards, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Foster a Great Employee Experience by developing strategies to elevate Grove’s culture, employee engagement, and belonging.
