Associate Business Systems Administrator

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Systems Administrator to support our Salesforce platform and other core business systems. As a key member of the Information Systems team, you’ll contribute to system administration, user support, process automation, and data management—helping ensure our systems run efficiently and our users are set up for success. The role involves gaining an understanding of OpenSesame’s Salesforce environment, completing routine administration tasks, identifying process inefficiencies, resolving user-reported issues, documenting system changes, developing training materials, and taking ownership of data imports, exports, and clean-up efforts.
