Asbestos Litigation Attorney

About the Role:

• Full-time role for an attorney with 1–5 years of asbestos litigation experience.
• Ideal candidate has prior asbestos litigation experience, not just general personal injury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of asbestos cases from initial consultation to trial.
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, draft motions, and appear in court.
• Collaborate with experts and assist in settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed in Illinois.
• 1–5 years of asbestos litigation experience.
• Experience with Odyssey E-Filing and/or File&Serve Illinois.
