  • Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to enable informed decision-making across leadership.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership:

  • Own the HR Technology product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with HR and IT objectives.
  • Drive prioritization of enhancements and modernization efforts across platforms like Workday and Time & Attendance.
  • Oversee execution of HR Technology programs, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes and value realization.

Operational Excellence & Vendor Management:

  • Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of HR technology platforms and integrations.
  • Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, and operational performance standards for HR Technology.
  • Lead vendor management activities, including selection, contract oversight, and performance evaluation.
