- Foster a servant-leadership mindset that empowers teams and promotes continuous improvement.
- Establish clear roles, operating rhythms, and performance expectations aligned with IT and HR outcomes.
HR Functional Stakeholder Management:
- Build trusted relationships with HRIS and HR Operations leaders, managing demand intake and prioritization.
- Translate HR functional needs into actionable technology requirements while balancing enterprise standards.
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to enable informed decision-making across leadership.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership:
- Own the HR Technology product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with HR and IT objectives.
- Drive prioritization of enhancements and modernization efforts across platforms like Workday and Time & Attendance.
- Oversee execution of HR Technology programs, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes and value realization.
Operational Excellence & Vendor Management:
- Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of HR technology platforms and integrations.
- Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, and operational performance standards for HR Technology.
- Lead vendor management activities, including selection, contract oversight, and performance evaluation.
