Manager, Implementation

You will be overseeing a team of Implementation Managers and their onboarding requirements, serving as a leader and advocate for their development, and providing escalation support. You'll ensure alignment to team KPIs and report them to leadership. Attending and supporting customer engagements: project kickoffs, implementation workshops, 1:1 customer leadership touchpoints. Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts and serving as a thought leader for the implementation of new products/services within Spring Health’s systems. Define and deploy effective implementation strategies, collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, automated processes, and oversee non-standard customer requirements.
