Third Party Collection Specialist

As a Collection Specialist, you will be contacting clients to collect outstanding payments, communicating patiently and professionally to encourage debt payments, and balancing trustful relationships with ensuring timely payments. Candidates should have at least 9 months of BPO-collections experience in international accounts and be capable of using dialers. Proven account management experience and familiarity with collection laws and regulations are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation are a must. Permanent work from home requirements include specific operating system, processor, memory, storage, USB ports, and internet connection specifications.
