IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for leading Lastwall’s IT department and overseeing internal systems, asset management, security compliance, and employee technology support. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and ensures that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently across the organization. In addition to managing day-to-day IT operations, the IT Manager spearheads onboarding/offboarding processes, ICAM, oversees hardware/software lifecycles, implements security protocols, and works alongside the security team to keep our systems secure. Responsibilities include setting priorities, building scalable processes, administering user accounts, managing corporate endpoints, providing technical support, defining troubleshooting procedures, procuring hardware/software, tracking asset inventory, ensuring software compliance, leading IT aspects of onboarding/offboarding, and creating self-service documentation.
