The Opportunity:
- Build systems that take on real operational work — not prototypes, not demos.
- Architect and ship agents end-to-end: define the problem space and design multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Partner closely with operators and engineers to identify where agentic leverage exists, then drive solutions forward.
What You’ll Do & Learn:
- Own a system end-to-end: define the problem, design the architecture, and ship to production.
- Design and refine agent behavior — prompting, memory, tools, and orchestration.
- Document what you build so it scales across the team.

- You’re actively exploring or building with AI agents — you’re curious and hands-on.
- You think in systems — inputs, outputs, and feedback loops.
- You take ownership of your work and move problems forward.
