Senior Program Manager

ALX Ventures is building the next generation of entrepreneurial talent across Africa. As Senior Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of the Founder Academy, Freelancer Academy, and Incubator programs. Responsibilities include leading the operational blueprint, stakeholder coordination, and shaping the learner experience. You will manage Program Managers, set KPIs, and lead hiring efforts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and high performance. This role also involves data analysis, reporting, and serving as a product owner for evolving learning streams, ensuring programs align with market needs and learner feedback.
