Core Responsibilities:
- Lead executive workshops and define future-state processes for sales, service, and marketing.
- Own functional solution direction for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities.
- Partner with technical architects and guide configuration decisions to balance standard functionality with client requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong business knowledge of B2B sales, customer service, and CRM operating models.
- Hands-on functional experience configuring D365 CE modules, Dataverse, and model-driven apps.
- Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder conversations and produce executive-ready deliverables.
