Operations Coordinator

We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to support the day today execution of key internal programs at TwelveLabs. You’ll help drive forward initiatives that touch nearly every part of the company - from event logistics and internal planning to contractor management and compliance documentation. This is a role for someone who brings organization, clarity, and energy to everything they touch. You get excited about solving operational puzzles, keeping people on track, and turning chaos into calm. You’ll work cross-functionally across the organization to help TwelveLabs stay efficient, compliant, and well-connected as we scale globally. This is a great fit for someone early in their career looking to grow within a high-performing, collaborative operations team. As the Operations Coordinator you will help coordinate planning processes, recurring team meetings, and company-wide communication cadences. You will also support logistics and execution for internal and external events, including offsites, summits, and customer activations. You'll provide operational support across internal teams by tracking documentation and maintaining templates related to contractor management, internal policies, and compliance frameworks.
