Director, Credentialing

Team Management: Manage staff that process New Provider Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment. Develop and train on policies and procedures, workflows, and training documentation. Manage team performance against SLAs actively.

Credentialing and Compliance: Manage Delegated Credentialing arrangements including implementation and audit. Manage Credentialing Committee including maintenance of Credentialing software and Provider Rosters. Have good working knowledge of guidelines and requirements of Licensure and Medicaid across several markets.

Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and prepare reports on status and trends in submitted applications. Track existing Licenses/Enrollments, and expirables. Ensure department milestones, projects, deadlines, SLAs and objectives are met
