Role Overview:
- Manage 1 or more customer accounts from post-sales to deployment.
- Work with high-value customers including government and Fortune 500.
- Be responsible for the full lifecycle of Brainbase Embed deployments.
About the Team:
- Support internal agents across various sectors.
- Utilize configurable primitives like evals, observability, and security.
- Engage in outcome-oriented deployment programs.
Location & Travel:
- Fully remote within EMEA.
- Occasional travel to customer sites.
- Based anywhere in Europe, Middle East, or Africa.
