About the Role:
- Shape and scale the workforce strategy for our fast-growing, data-driven eCommerce organization.
- Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning and performance for our virtual contact center.
- Translate business growth, seasonality, and strategic priorities into scalable workforce solutions.
