Onboarding Associate

Accountabilities:

• Support clients throughout their transition from traditional accounting systems to modern cloud-based accounting solutions.
• Research, evaluate, test, and implement accounting technology solutions based on each client’s operational and financial requirements.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on accounting system configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced accounting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and core bookkeeping principles.
• Practical experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
