The Total Rewards team designs the strategic compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate the talent Wealthsimple needs. As a new team member, you will act as the primary compensation partner to business partners, providing counsel and empowering stakeholders to make sound decisions. In this role, you will own and evolve all employee-facing Total Rewards resources and lead the execution of complex compensation projects.
In the first six months, you will master the Compensation Philosophy and Strategy, establish strong partnerships with the People Operations team, and develop an education strategy for compensation programs.
