Job Description
The growth team engages with ~20,000 companies every week across various growth initiatives. The primary job will be to help Weekday grow this number through hands-on execution of initiatives that are provably working. You will take up ad-hoc operational tasks to keep the growth engine running smoothly. You will set up and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels. You will stay in touch with clients and help them with relevant candidate sourcing via Weekday. You will also contribute to content marketing by creating posts, emails, case studies, and social media content. You will work on SEO + AI-powered SEO to improve organic reach. Finally you will run and maintain automations to reduce manual effort and speed up workflows.
