Open Positions
Conduct structured candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, and suitability. Document clear evaluation notes and keep candidate records updated. Manage candidate follow-ups and meet daily screening targets while maintaining quality.

Make 100–120 outbound calls per day to pitch job opportunities and confirm candidate interest, availability, and notice period. Follow up with candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email, and share interested profiles with the relevant team. Maintain accurate call logs and candidate records while meeting daily targets and quality standards.

Own talent acquisition: plan hiring with founders, run pipelines, and close senior hires yourself. Build the HR foundation: policies, performance reviews, compensation bands, payroll, and compliance. Shape culture and engagement: onboarding, retention, and handling tough conversations directly.
