About the Role:
- High-volume outbound calling role focused on engaging shortlisted candidates.
- Full-time remote position based in India with a 9-hour, 6-day work schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Call candidates and pitch the company, role, location, and requirements.
- Confirm interest, availability, notice period, and other details; update logs and share with the team.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, or email while tracking daily progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed graduation with 0–1 year of experience; clear and fluent spoken English.
- Comfort with repetitive calling, daily targets, and professional phone communication.
- Basic spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and availability for the stated schedule.
Compensation:
- Fixed pay of ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month plus performance bonus of ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month.
- Total monthly compensation ranges from ₹5,000 to ₹25,000, depending on experience and assessment.
