What You'll Do:
- Understand company and role requirements before speaking with candidates.
- Conduct structured calls and document clear evaluation notes.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and meet daily screening targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Completed graduation with 0–1 year of experience; strong spoken and written English.
- Confidence in leading conversations and ability to understand technical and non-technical requirements.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and willingness to learn.
Compensation:
- Fixed pay: ₹10,000–₹25,000/month plus performance bonus of ₹5,000–₹10,000/month.
- Total monthly range: ₹10,000–₹35,000, with performance-based incentives.
