Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and compliance, and coordinate staffing needs.
• Manage the ATS, source candidates via Indeed and LinkedIn, and conduct quality screenings.
• Schedule interviews, draft offers, and track candidate progress to acceptance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred), and Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

• Office, hybrid, or remote environment.
• Occasional travel up to 15% to corporate office or branches.
