Junior Recruiter (Remote)

What You'll Do:

• Support the recruitment process from resume screening and phone screens to interview scheduling and offer preparation.
• Help source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand candidate success factors.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years recruiting or coordination experience preferred; internship or customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
