Role Overview:
- Provide administrative and project support to the recruiting team.
- Deliver superior experiences to candidates and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews while managing ATS data.
- Lead recruitment projects and identify process improvements.
- Facilitate offer letters and background checks with confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition with project management experience.
- Proficiency in recruitment software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
