Partners with hiring managers to execute innovative sourcing, screening, and selection strategies that attract diverse, high-caliber talent.

Delivery:

Manages end-to-end talent acquisition, from job posting and proactive sourcing to offer generation and onboarding handoff.
Conducts phone screens and virtual interviews, coordinates panel interviews, and maintains recruitment analytics in Lever ATS and SuccessFactors.
Promotes PPFA as an employer of choice through internal and external advertising and transparent communication.

Engagement:

Partners with hiring managers to align on criteria and provide data-driven selection decisions.
Builds diverse candidate pipelines through external networks, universities, community organizations, and professional associations.
Represents PPFA at career fairs and industry conferences, fostering collaborative relationships across teams.
