Manage searches end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a strong and diverse pool of candidates.
Use rigorous, equitable hiring tools such as competency-based rubrics and structured interviews.
Track search metrics and adjust strategies based on data.

Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members to ensure alignment.
Support implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in hiring processes.
Contribute to People, Equity & Inclusion team strategy and projects.

Requirements:

Commitment to Common Cause's nonpartisan mission and equity.
Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously, preferably with Lever ATS.
Strong communication, organization, and ability to travel 4-6 times per year.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range $84,872 - $100,786 per year, adjusted for location.
