People Lead (Talent Acquisition & HR)

What you'll do:

• Work with founders on the hiring plan and own it: roles, order, and bar.
• Run senior and hard-to-fill hires yourself using the Weekday platform.
• Set up the hiring machine: scorecards, interview loops, work trials, and candidate experience.

What you'll build:

• Design and run performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback cycles.
• Build policies, compensation bands, leave, payroll, and labour-law compliance.
• Own onboarding, engagement, retention, and read attrition data honestly.

Who you are:

• 2–5 years across talent acquisition and HR, with hands-on closing of senior hires.
• Strong judgment on people and a builder mindset—write process when needed, cut it when it stops helping.
• Know Indian labour law and payroll basics, and comfortable with ambiguity and a Monday–Saturday pace.
