Reporting directly to the Global Head of People Operations, you'll be the go-to People partner for Springboard's India entity.
You'll manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure seamless collaboration between global strategy and local execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Run end-to-end recruitment, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and compliance in India.
Drive culture-building initiatives and manage onboarding, promotions, and offboarding.
Serve as the first contact for employee grievances, maintaining confidentiality and empathy.

What We're Looking For:

3–5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, POSH, and payroll mechanics.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Rippling or Darwinbox and ATS tools like Greenhouse.
